Where are you located?
We’re based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, but we work with clients locally, regionally and nationally.

Absolutely! While we offer comprehensive solutions, you can choose individual services to suit your needs.

Pricing and Payments
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing depends on the scope of the project. We offer custom quotes to ensure you only pay for what you need. Contact us for a free consultation and quote.
Do you require a deposit?
It depends. We would require a deposit for new clients or to hold a date or number of days in the future. For repeat clients, we prefer to work on a monthly invoicing system. We’re happy to discuss a range of payment options for small projects like photoshoots.
Process and Timelines
How long does it take to complete a project?
Timelines vary depending on the project. For example, a branding package might take 4–6 weeks, while a single video shoot could be ready in as little as 1–2 weeks. Photoshoots are often edited and delivered within one week. We’ll discuss timelines during your consultation.
How do revisions work?
We include a set number of revisions in our packages. Additional revisions can be accommodated at an hourly rate. This will be clearly stated in your estimate and/or contract.
Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made within the timeframe stated in your contract are eligible for a full refund of your deposit. For cancellations made later, the deposit is non-refundable.
Do you retain ownership of the content you create?
“Once the final payment is made, you have the right to use the content we create for you. We may retain the right to use some of the work for portfolio or promotional purposes, but this will be outlined in our agreement.”

Can you work remotely?
Yes! Many of our services can be completed remotely, and we’re experienced in collaborating with clients from all over. And depending on the project, we can often come to visit you!
